Dot-Expiring Visitor Badges - affordable visitor management
by Paul Kazlauskas
Effectively tracking your visitors and keeping your facility safe and secure doesn’t mean complicated systems and big budgets.
While all of our Threshold are competitively priced, the Dot-Expiring Visitor Pass is our most affordable and flexible color-changing visitor badge option. Like all of our time-expiring visitor badges, the Dot-Expiring Visitor Pass is available in sign-in books and on rolls of direct thermal badges, quickly integrating into any facility’s current visitor management system.
Notice how the Dot-Expiring Visitor Pass has a red expiring circle on the bottom right corner. Once a visitor signs in (or has their badge printed out), a white “front piece dot” gets applied over the red circle to activate the tamperproof expiration process. The next day, an image of a bright pink VOID will appear, indicating the badge has expired.
VALID today… …VOID tomorrow
If you already use non-expiring visitor badges, you can turn those into expiring badges by using Expiring Dot Sets. Like the Dot-Expiring Visitor Pass, a white front piece goes on top of a red back piece to activate the tamperproof expiration process. Then, place it on your own visitor badges as a low-cost way to add security.
Valid today, Void tomorrow. For economy and flexibility, the Dot-Expiring Visitor Pass is your cost-effective solution to identifying your visitors and keeping your facility safe and secure.
